Hello, I’m Adam – the face behind Ounsworth IT.

Your IT infrastructure is critical to the efficient and secure operation of your business and you need an IT provider you can rely on. In 2019, I set out to provide the genuinely personal IT support service that is so sought after, yet so elusive in today’s fast-paced environment.

Today our refreshingly different approach to IT support is appreciated by small businesses across Oxfordshire.

With us, it’s our job to know your systems inside and out. We take time to understand your business, so you don’t have to explain yourself on every call.

We never lose sight of what is expected of us as a support company and strive to treat our smaller clients exactly the same as our larger ones.

The feedback we get, especially through recommendations, is that our response time is very good.

Typically we respond within minutes rather than hours and generally always within SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) set out in your support contract.

The majority of our client base is within Oxfordshire, however we look after companies with users in London and as far away as the USA, Canada, Middle East and Germany. These days most IT issues can be dealt with using remote support tools so there is less of a need to be on site.

Absolutely yes. We can supply and support all aspects of your IT system from new laptops and desktops, printers, scanners, software, anti-virus, servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems and much more.

Yes, we should still be able to help but our rates are higher for non-contract customers and understandably it is not always possible to treat you with the same priority as contract customers. Contract customers are assured with minimum response time SLAs which will not be the case with non-contract customers.
